Bringing your baby home is exciting—but it can also feel overwhelming. That’s why I created this hands-on, heart-centered workshop designed to give you confidence for those first weeks after birth.
In this 4-hour session, you’ll learn:
How to care for your newborn (feeding, diapering, swaddling, soothing techniques).
What to expect during postpartum recovery—physically and emotionally.
How to set up your home for a smoother transition.
The basics of breastfeeding and infant feeding
Tips for getting rest, reducing stress, and supporting your mental health.
This workshop is ideal for expectant parents or families with newborns who want practical skills, expert guidance, and peace of mind before bringing baby home.

We’re so excited to welcome you to our Postpartum & Newborn Care Class — a gentle, encouraging space to prepare for life after birth. 💛
This in-person class is hosted at Zoe’s Birth Place and co-led by Leah Condel, Postpartum Doula of Passion Doula, LLC, and Brittany Ford, RN, IBCLC, with Milk & Honey Lactation Services, LLC who brings expert breastfeeding and infant feeding support.

- What’s normal (and not) in postpartum recovery
- How to prepare your home, rest schedule, and support circle
- Emotional recovery after birth
- Breastfeeding basics & newborn feeding cues
- Bottle-feeding and pumping guidance
- How to care for yourself while caring for baby
