Leah has offered this awesome workshop many times in our community and now we get to join to add more info about maternal mental health!

We will offer our first workshop in a few short weeks because time flies!!
Saturday November 1st from 10 AM - 2 PM at our office in Tyler.

We will provide a light lunch, snacks, and drinks plus you get TWO workbooks! The workshop is open to pregnant and postpartum parents! We encourage you to bring your partner or support person! The group cost is $200/couple.

Bringing your baby home is exciting—but it can also feel overwhelming. That’s why I created this hands-on, heart-centered workshop designed to give you confidence for those first weeks after birth.

In this 4-hour session, you’ll learn:

• How to care for your newborn (feeding, diapering, swaddling, soothing techniques).

• What to expect during postpartum recovery—physically and emotionally.

• How to set up your home for a smoother transition.

• The basics of breastfeeding and infant feeding

• Tips for getting rest, reducing stress, and supporting your mental health.

This workshop is ideal for expectant parents or families with newborns who want practical skills, expert guidance, and peace of mind before bringing baby home.
