Postpartum & Newborn Education Workshop

We’re so excited to welcome you to our Postpartum & Newborn Care Class — a gentle, encouraging space to prepare for life after birth. 💛

This in-person class is hosted at Zoe’s Birth Place and co-led by Leah Condel, Postpartum Doula of Passion Doula, LLC, and Brittany Ford, RN, IBCLC, with Milk & Honey Lactation Services, LLC who brings expert breastfeeding and infant feeding support.

👶 What we’ll cover:

- What’s normal (and not) in postpartum recovery

- How to prepare your home, rest schedule, and support circle

- Emotional recovery after birth

- Breastfeeding basics & newborn feeding cues

- Bottle-feeding and pumping guidance

- How to care for yourself while caring for baby

This class is perfect for:

- Expecting parents

- Families planning their first few weeks at home

- Anyone feeling unsure, overwhelmed, or just wanting peace of mind before baby arrives
